We are also still building in London. We are busy on the construction site of Goodluck Hope, a new neighbourhood consisting of 804 homes on the River Thames in London on the historic Leamouth Peninsula.
Blocks
The photos show block F of Goodluck Hope. Block F is the first building of three that we are constructing in the eastern half of the plan. The installation of block F is now complete, and we are now hanging the balconies. At block D we are one and a half levels away from completion and we are on the verge of starting block B on 17 August.
The buildings have black bricks and aluminium frames in the facade. These are non-standard elements because they have a cantilevered floor on one side.
Assembly with the crane
The photo shows sandwich panels that have been installed in block F from our caterpillar crane. The panel is protected with multiplex so that the hoist can be mounted in this location. Blocks B & D were assembled with a tower crane.
We are building 32 storeys for block B. We are also going to build the penthouses for blocks D & F.
Block F on the left, block D next to it and block B in front.
