STOCK Amsterdam

On Monday 4 February 2019, Guido J.P. Schmitt, Prof. dr. Ruben M. Freudenthal (partners FRESCH Real Estate) and Thomas de Gruijter (Business Developer Byldis) signed the contract for STOCK Amsterdam. Together they are building 34 special business spaces, each with three storeys. These sustainable, flexible and high-quality finished business spaces are just the beginning of the collaboration.

Showroom, office, storage, workshop, etc.: Thanks to a very high floor load and, for instance, the roof terrace on the second floor, it is a multifunctional project. The large glass sections and ribbed cassette floors give STOCK a characteristic and industrial appearance. Construction is expected to begin in 19/20. STOCK Amsterdam will be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
