Noordboulevard Scheveningen

Strandweg Vastgoed BV (Hommerson) is realising a new build on the Noordboulevard in Scheveningen, including various hospitality facilities and shops. This building will also house a 3-storey car park with space for around 700 cars. These commercial spaces and parking facilities are all under one big green roof, which creates a transition between the North Sea area and Scheveningen Bad. The appearance of the facade is in keeping with the architecture of the Kurhaus and really evokes a holiday feeling. 

Byldis is creating the awning and roof-edging elements from architectonic concrete. See arrows. Production will start in the first quarter of 2019.
