1. The project: ASML, Veldhoven

In Veldhoven, right next to the A2, stands the newly constructed complex since 2024, consisting of four office buildings, a central plaza, and two annex buildings. The office buildings are an example of modern, sustainable design. They cover a floor area of around 48,000 m2 and will accomodate around 4,000 employees.

Sustainable construction

ASML: "The buildings fit ASML's vision of the future. The building design is progressive, with sustainability playing a central role. It is a new building that offers a pleasant and healthy working environment; for now and in the future. The building design, with a floor area of no less than 47,880 m2, has a BREEAM Excellent and WELL GOLD sustainability level. This is not just about saving energy, but also about creating optimal conditions when it comes to health and well-being in the building." (28-02-2024 ASML/Campus) 

2. Byldis contribution to this project

Byldis developed a highly efficient solution that was manufactured off-site to very high tolerances and an exquisite level of finish. This design allows for a very high performing office with large open spaces and tall floor to ceiling heights that was constructed in a matter of weeks but will last for over a hundred years. This is achieved with our complete off-site solution for a precast concrete structure and façade including windows.
