Stock Haarlem is onderdeel van The Capital, International Business District. Naast de 32 bedrijfsunits worden hier ook drie karakteristieke kantoorgebouwen gebouwd. Deze gebouwen zijn acht lagen hoog en hebben dakterrassen met een waanzinnig uitzicht over Haarlem. The Capital is van alle gemakken voorzien: veel ruimte, groen, genoeg parkeervoorzieningen en een uitstekende ligging. The Capital is afgeleid van het werk van de bekende grafisch ontwerper en typograaf Jan van Krimpen. Zijn grafische geschiedenis komt dan ook terug in de print op de gebouwen. The Capital has all the amenities: plenty of space, greenery, plenty of parking facilities and an excellent location. The Capital is derived from the work of renowned graphic designer and typographer Jan van Krimpen. His graphic history is therefore reflected in the print on the buildings.
2. Byldis contribution to this project
Byldis was responsible for the engineering, production and assembly of the 32 business units.
3. Why was Byldis chosen?
The start of our collaboration with FRESCH Real Estate took place in 2019 with the construction of Stock Amsterdam. A high-quality and robust, industrially designed building in Diemen. Together, we built 34 exceptional business premises of three floors each, which we delivered in 2020. These sustainable, flexible and high-quality finished business premises were the start of a long and pleasant collaboration.
FRESCH Real Estate buys, develops and manages real estate full of character and opportunity: business premises and homes that look attractive and retain their value. Whether it is new construction or redevelopment: creating something beautiful and functional requires partners who think and act just as innovatively. FRESCH has found such a partner in Byldis. That is why, after the realisation of Stock Amsterdam in 2020, Byldis was chosen again for Stock Haarlem (2021). Later, Stock Den Haag (2022) and Stock Utrecht (2023) followed.
